Lunch Anyone?

If there's anyone who knows how to make delicious food, it's Pioneer Woman. I'm drooling over her Spinach and Mushroom Quesadillas.

If only I could get my husband to like spinach and my daughter to like spinach and mushrooms.... Next time the kids are with their Mimmie and hubby is gaming, I'm making these bad boys for me. YUMMY!
