First take 2 empty toilet paper rolls and glued 2 of them together. Let the glue dry. Then paint and decorate. Punch a hole near the top, on the outside of each toilet paper roll. Thread through a piece of yarn and tie a knot on each side. (note: if your child is very young, you may want to skip this step)
