Goldfish Chicken

This one will be great for the kiddies!

  • 4 whole Chicken Breasts
  • 2 cups Ranch DIp
  • 4 cups Goldfish Crackers, Crushed
Preheat oven to 425ºF.
Slice chicken breasts in half-inch strips. Dip each strip in ranch dip (dressing won’t be moist or flavorful enough after baking), then coat in crushed Goldfish crackers. Lay strips on a cookie sheet in a single layer and bake for 15 minutes.
